The Members & Friends of the Burma Star Association held the Dedication and Service of Remembrance at the Burma Memorial in the Deal Castle paddock.  The service was conducted by the Reverend John Lines MBE,  RBL Downs Branch Padre. Poems and the lesson were read by various lady members of the Association. The Act of Remembrance was observed, including the wreath laying, the reading of The Roll of Honour and concluded with The Blessing.
