This annual event was held at St Margaret’s on Sunday 24th July and was attended by many Branch and Club members. Paul Hardy paraded our Standard alongside twelve others and the Branch wreath, laid by John Farlie was one of nineteen laid in respect of those lost serving the Dover Patrol during both World Wars. Mike Scurfield sounded the bugle calls, with the music provided by the Snowdon Colliery Band, Joe De-Zille (RBL) acted as Parade Marshall, with the Reverend John Lines MBE officiating. The reviewing officer was The Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Kent, Brigadier ( Retd) Trevor Minter OBE DL. BD
